Return & Exchange Policy for Tanaksh:

Returns & Exchanges are only permitted under the following circumstances:

Wrongful Delivery: If the received product does not match the item in the order confirmation.
Quality/Manufacturing Defect: If the product exhibits genuine quality or manufacturing defects.
Size Discrepancy: If there is a size discrepancy, customers must inform our Customer Care within 4 days of product delivery.
For wrongfully delivered products or quality/manufacturing defects, we will review the issue and provide a resolution within a specific timeframe (refer to Customer Care section below). This may include re-fulfilling the order with the correct product or a similar one.

For size discrepancies, we will either exchange the merchandise according to new measurements or issue a Credit Note valid for 30 days.

All return or exchange requests are handled on a case-by-case basis, and customers are encouraged to contact our Customer Care for prompt resolution.

Returns & Exchanges are not allowed under any other circumstances.

Customers are responsible for verifying and reviewing their orders, including colors, sizes, and quantities, before placing them.

No refunds will be provided for:

Wrong or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
Three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency.
Refusal of the package by the recipient.
Purchases made during sales or discounts are not eligible for return or exchange.

Upon receiving a damaged package, customers should retain the original packaging and mention details about the damaged merchandise on the delivery receipt instead of signing it as ‘received’. Please keep all relevant documents until our insurance adjuster visits to assess the damage.

All policies are subject to change without prior notice. In case of any conflict, the Terms & Conditions Policy will prevail.

To initiate a return or exchange for a wrongfully delivered product or report a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, please contact our Customer Care team within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide your order number, transaction date, delivery address, and an image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item to our Customer Care team for assistance.
